Metro Detroit : 16 New Year’s Eve dining options to ring in the New Year

While New Year’s Eve — coming up Tuesday — is often viewed as a time for partying, restaurants also are an option for those wanting a celebratory meal.

All around metro Detroit plenty of restaurants are open serving their regular menus or special menus and events. Many restaurants will have a prix fixe menu option and some offer a complimentary champagne toast.

As we say goodbye to 2024 and welcome 2025, here’s a sampling of what some metro Detroit restaurants are offering. Most require advance reservations.


Adelina Detroit

On Woodward Avenue offering Italian-Mediterranean fusion, Adelina’s presents a set five-course New Year’s Eve menu. The menu includes shared plate starters, choice of salad, pasta, and entrées plus desserts. Entrée upgrades are also offered.  Reservations start at 4 p.m. and DJ Fox is 7 a.m.-1 a.m. Tickets are $120 per person.
