Hour Detroit : How to Make Adelina’s Old Fashioned ‘Espresso’ Cocktail

Ingredients


  • 2 ounces Ezra Brooks bourbon

  • 1 1/2 ounces espresso

  • 3/4 ounce Borghetti Caffè Espresso coffee liqueur

  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup

  • 2 dashes chocolate bitters

  • Orange peel, for garnish

  • Chocolate-covered coffee beans, for garnish


Directions

1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, shake all ingredients vigorously until foamy.2. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with an orange peel and chocolate-covered coffee beans.
