Adelina: Chefs Marco Dalla Fontana and Adam Curry have launched a new menu from their scratch kitchen at this upscale Italian restaurant in downtown Detroit. Try pappardelle with pistachio and basil pesto or gnocchetti alla Norcina with house-crumbed sausage.
